FREIGHT OF GOODS
- All goods are shipped via third party companies. Goods are shipped within 2 business days of full payment and acceptance of an order, excluding any goods on back order from the manufacturer. In these instances, JHP will contact you with all details of the back order and you will be given the choice to have the order cancelled and payment refunded immediately, or have the order remain on back order.
- Transit times will be dependent upon the freight method chosen by the consumer at the time of checkout. Please note: The Australia Post Express Postage option does not always guarantee next day delivery of your order, and in peak periods delivery can sometimes be delayed to standard delivery times. JHP hold no liability for any delays by Australia Post.
- All US freight costs represented on the site either separately or as one combined product price, apply to the 48 contiguous states only. Hawaii and Alaska incur an additional freight amount. All other countries have different freight requirements and pricing and therefore should contact JHP for a quote.
- The goods are packaged/repackaged by JHP (except some Disk Brakes Australia (DBA) items). Both goods and packaging are inspected and found to be in good condition before dispatch.
- JHP makes no claims and does not cover that any goods will reach the customer or will reach the customer in good condition. Therefore, JHP recommends that all customers take out freight insurance to cover any damage to or loss of goods relating to transportation of goods purchased through JHP
- All goods must be inspected for damage and/or missing parts and reported to JHP within 72 hours of delivery by email or phone, failure will result in damaged to parts or goods missing claims to be rejected.
PICK-UP OF GOODS IN STORE
- JHP reserves the right to allocate Goods that are not collected within 28 days of the date of your Order to another customer order and to reorder the Goods for you.
- If you fail to collect the Goods within 28 days of the date of your Order, at JHP’s discretion, JHP may agree to hold the Goods for a longer period subject to a daily storage fee.
- Every effort has made to ensure pricing is correct at time of publication. However, pricing is subject to change without notice. Should there be a discrepancy between the website pricing and our internal pricing JHP will notify you before we proceed with your order.
- JHP takes no responsibility for typographical and pricing errors. All prices unless stated are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If pricing is stated as USD this means that the price quoted is in U.S. Dollars. If the stated USD price includes shipping, it means the price includes shipping to any one of the contiguous states of North America. Alaska, Hawaii, and all other countries, please contact JHP for a final shipped price. Final pricing is based on JHP internal pricing references.
- JHP exhaust price matcing only applies to other sellers RRP not a “special” price.
ONLINE / PHONE ORDER POLICY
- Your automated order confirmation with a JHP Online Order Number reference does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. JHP reserves the right at any time to accept or decline any order placed digitally.
- As part of our continual security and fraud prevention policies, JHP reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and payment placed, prior to processing the order. In some cases, this may delay the processing and shipment of an order for a few days (with the exclusion of any online payment processed via 3D Secure). If an order is held for confirmation of the validity of the transaction and payment, the customer will be notified of this within 2 business days of receipt of the order and payment. If we are unable to confirm that a transaction is valid, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment via the exact payment method and account to which the original payment was placed.
- Current pricing is based upon JHP internal pricing references, however every effort is used to ensure pricing is correct at time of publication. Please refer to our ‘pricing’ terms on this page for full details.
- Unless otherwise stated, JHP offers a 12 month warranty on all products sold if you have any issues with the item JHP has supplied please contact JHP via email or phone.
- The warranty covers the product only and not the fitting of the product for non JHP fitted items. If JHP fits the product JHP will be resposable for the removal and replacment of any faulty product.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defaults and not a change of mind in product selection. Please refer to our return policy for non warranty returns.
JHP VEHICLE ENHANCEMENT’S RETURN POLICY
- You may return goods by return mail (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt, please contact JHP in regards to your return via email or phone. Goods must be in original packaging, unused and in salable condition. Purchases must only be returned to the address below and must include a copy of the invoice sent with the goods.

- Items on special or items we have especially ordered in will have a credit note issued to you. For all other items, we will be pleased to arrange your refund to the credit card processed on the order.
- A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged and the original postage/packing charges will be deducted from the refund/credit note.

- Change of mind for purchasing the product
- Paint colouring that is within tolerated variance of the colour code.
- Failure to report damage within 72 hours of delivery of goods.

JHP shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damage, or economic loss arising from or in connection with:
any access, use or the inability to access or use this website, or reliance on the contents of this website; any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus; any use of or access to any other website linked to this website; any product, service or information of any merchant or service provider, even if JHP or its agents or employees are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses and/or expenses. Any hyperlinks to any other websites are not an endorsement or verification of such websites and such websites should only be accessed at the user’s own risks. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any facilities and/or services offered through this website are strictly for JHP’s customers’ access and/or use in Asia Pacific Region . Other than as aforesaid, nothing in this website shall be construed as JHP providing services and facilities outside of the abovementioned territories. By accessing this website and using the facilities and/or services offered through this website, you agree that Australian law shall govern such access and the provision of such facilities and/or services and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
